Learn to Fly Fish

With our “Learn to Fly Fish” trip we can take you from “Zero” to ……something better than “Zero”. Fly fishing isn’t picked up in few hours of work with a guide, it takes practice, patience, time, and a little luck. This trip helps get you started on the path to take it from an interest to a real hobby. We start by figuring out your goals for the day, whether you have some experience and need help, or are starting from the beginning, we can help. Once we know your goal we start discussing what makes up a proper overhead cast, roll cast, fishing techniques, stream etiquette, and fish handling. We then gear up and head out to work on casting, after we have a basis on proper casting we spend the last few hours on the stream catching your first fish on a fly!
